What areas does Metheq Cuisine serve?
We're based in Guelph and cater across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the wider Southern Ontario area. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask, we probably do.
What kind of events do you cater?
Weddings, birthdays, graduations, bridal and baby showers, corporate lunches, church and community events, and family gatherings of every size, from intimate dinners to full-scale celebrations.
What food do you make?
Authentic Nigerian classics like party jollof rice, fried and coconut rice, efo riro, egusi and other rich soups, peppered and grilled meats and fish, plus meat pies, sausage rolls and small chops.
How do I place an order or get a quote?
Call or text us, message us on WhatsApp at 226-203-8822, send a DM on Instagram (@metheqcuisine.ca), or fill in the quote form on our website. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll build a custom menu and quote.
How much does Nigerian catering cost?
Every event is different, so we price to your menu and headcount. Send us your guest count and the dishes you'd like, and we'll come back with a clear, itemised quote. No surprises.
How far in advance should I order?
The earlier the better, especially for weddings and larger events, so we can reserve your date. For weekly meal prep, order ahead by our weekly cutoff. Reach out any time and we'll confirm availability for your date.
Do you offer weekly meal prep?
Yes. We prepare homemade Nigerian meals in bowls and trays, portioned for your week and ready to heat and eat. Order ahead and pick up or have it delivered.
Can you accommodate dietary needs or allergies?
Absolutely. We cook to order and are happy to work around allergies, dietary requirements and preferences. Just let us know what you need when you enquire.
