Chef Esther is from Nigeria, where she learned to cook the dishes Metheq is built on. She trained in professional kitchens, then founded Metheq Cuisine to share those flavours with Canada. Today her cooking feeds birthdays, weddings and Sunday dinner tables from Guelph to Cambridge and right across Southern Ontario.
